Travis James Burk

Travis grew up in Minburn, Iowa. He received an Industrial Engineering degree from Iowa State University and his law degree from the University of Iowa. He focuses his practice on personal injury and property damage claims. Travis has always represented individuals, rather than insurance companies and corporations, and enjoys doing his part in helping clients receive fair compensation for their claims in order to restore their lives as much as possible. His notable recent accomplishments are obtaining an award of over $400,000 in a case involving a hail damage claim where the insurance company valued the loss at less than $400, and a jury verdict of approximately $4,000,000 in a case involving a drunk driver where the initial offer from the insurance company was $105,000. Travis enjoys traveling, reading, and watching the Hawkeyes and Cyclones.
